Given what's already been said here, this isn't even a good joke.
The very post you're responding to quotes...
"white ppl have reason to believe the system aims to protect them"
Therefore, white people would get the injection feeling that it's safe.
Given the history of PoC (specifically Black ppl) regarding so-called medical aid, it's pretty naive to have the same trust.
