...that bad. At least compared to east coast hoods. Kinda looks like the suburbs around here with the strip malls. Plus, the goons here are posted up or wandering around, so you can kinda see what time it is before you even get out the car.

One thing I noticed in most rough hoods I've been in is the lack of flowers. In nice neighborhoods the houses and buildings have well-maintained flowers and plants out front. In the hood, there's grass, dirt, and maybe some bushes.
