work with her based on reputation/the experience other people who worked with her.
I'm not going to go out of my way to hire somebody who is difficult to work with.
Yea in some cases if you're a MASSIVE draw you can act a fool and people will still hire you (until you're no longer profitable) but Monique isn't in that camp
