still livin

still working

kids be grown but spinning out.

shit be droken, the guinnesses and trappist beer is on flow.

Bengals about to take it to the Chiefs. Trin I'm sorry I was rootin for your Bills (that game was absolutely sickening at the end) but I'm glad we don't have to beat then so it won't be my fault... meanwhile forget patrick and his erik andre lookin ass we're gonna win... then we taking it to SF (preferable for nostalgic reasons) or GB and that dumbass rodgers.

live tigers.

otherwise I could lay a novel down about the general life struggles especially with these so called grown children and all but I'm kinda more interested in how you guys are.. I feel guilty for being away so long.. this place is till home to me.. if it's any consolation I hardly talk to my folks either who I'm lucky to still have alive.

hit me back.

I was just thinking the other day, hope PG is happy about the Bengals.

These 2 games tomorrow are tough to pick, they have all earned their spot. It's 49ers vs Rams BTW.

My Cowboys did the expected. Maybe next decade.

Same old with me. Not much new to tell. Bought. 3D printer and finally an air fryer.
13452770, ah crap that's right!

I'm an idiot I knew that don't know why I forgot/imagined/remembered it as GB...

I was a few drinks deep last night.. not much of an excuse but it's what I got.

yeah thrilled about this season and post season..

what's the 3d printer like? you made anything with it yet? and how about that air fryer those things are damn near worth their wait in gold imo...

good to hear from you fam.. I need to make an effort to check in more.. I've missed this.
13452788, It happens to us all

Just last night I clicked on a YouTube video of rams vs 49ers expecting to see the highlights from last week. Instead it looked more like a preview and it took me about halfway through to realize what was up lol

I got a cheap 3d printer but it's been good enough. I've had some trouble with keeping the bed level but did an upgrade that seems to have fixed that. I've mostly been printing models I find online. I did print this Yoda door stop for my coworker because if people open his door and let go it slams against our shared wall. Since then it's prevented a couple of slams lol

Other useful prints have been a headphone stand, coin sorter and a mini printing press.

I'm still not sure how much I like the air fryer. I have definitely made some good things in it but I probably should had done more research. As is I think I just need to treat it more like an additional appliance instead of the only appliance for cooking lol
13452804, it's no instapot. but forget that. It's all about the Bengals.

I am disappointed to see you’re a Chiefs hater, but … no biggie!

I have been using that phrase “No biggie!” a lot lately because a lot of things have been disappointing me recently. I think I need a break from work so I can regroup and collect myself. Over the past seven years I’ve been seeing a lot of women who resign and the reason they give is to be a mom / they want to stay home with the kids. Then one or two years later you see that they have come back into the workforce and they have a better job than the one they quit. I think that those breaks help a person - anybody, male or female - regroup and get back on track. Unfortunately I don’t have a second income nor do I have kids so I feel like I don’t have a way to take that break.

Maternity leave too! A bunch of women resign after coming back from maternity leave … I want a break but I don’t want a baby. I don’t have the energy to fight for a job anymore. If things get to that point then it aint right anyway.

Home is good though. Extended family’s still crazy but I can limit my contact and nobody has died in the past 6 months so that is good. We had 2 in 2019, 2 in 2020, and 1 in 2021 so it was a rough stretch there for a while.

13452773, nah not a Chiefs hater.. a decades long Bengal fan.

it really is no deeper than that... Chiefs are scary... it's a bit hard to visualize beating them after the way that Bills game went down last week.

sorry about the last few years and the family you've lost. glad to hear that homelife itself is good though.

I got no advice on how you find that break you're looking for unfortunately.. you're right though having a baby to get the break is not the way to go.. kids as wonderful as they are are also a helluva grind.

I'd wish your team luck tomorrow but you know how it is, we're mortal adversaries you and I until this game is resolved.

Lost a lot of people to this virus.
Did a tad bit of growing up as a result too.

It sucks the Chefs lost but at least they didnt offer former coaches money to lose. Todd Haley would've thrown hands if they tried him that way.

Found ways to generate passive income from crypto to the point I earned a three digit days. Bolstered my portfolio with hundreds of quadrillions of coins looking forward to retiring to a cabin with thee fastest of wifi somewhere in the Washington State Oregon border.

How's raising humans going in this plague ridden society? Do you have to deal with proud boys?

my sincere condolences on your losses... chiefs not included.. throwing games for draft pick is gross shitty part it's the nfl but we all knew it was part of the math.

yeah I'm behind on crypto but I do have a stash of casino chips... and fuck the proud boys. I try not to deal with normal reasonable people let alone complete fucking assholes like that.

"meh" is says it all... still... glad you're ticking... my cabin is across the valley or over the summit from yours... don't visit but send a big smoke once in awhile... good to see you.
13453655, well shit...... that hurt
