cant say that i don't like it. i do notice improvement in my digestion
and i think it's curbed hunger a bit. was able to get a good bike ride
in. still too early to tell though, want to take at least two spoons
every day for a month. i've also been drinking yaupon tea twice a day,
in the morning and before bed, it's been good so far.
