that's some straight up bullshit.
salaam's productions on BTB were my favorite songs on the album. Was never a big fan of Rehab. No shade to Mark Ronson.. he's a talented cat and all, but Salaam Remi is on another level.

He did indeed popularize the hip-hop ragamuffin remix.. not only that.. but he gave R&B artists that classy breakbeat edge.. He gave hip-hop artists that lush, melodic sound.
