Yesterday in a group chat one dude started talking about the racist Suns owner. Specifically the part where the dude said that the players need to get more strippers pregnant in Phoenix so they could have reasons to stay in the area. Then dude asked how many strippers we’d have gotten pregnant if we were rich and in our 20’s. Then when I told him I’m not to humor even a little bit that racist ass framing, he got mad.

I just felt like Sarver was on some all blacks are niggas shit
And my dude was too quick to play the part.

I would feel comfortable joking about about the concept of that statement AFTER acknowledge the clearly racist underpinnings of Robert Sarver saying it

I’m in group chat with childhood friends and I’m able to separate the Suns owners racism from my friends lighthearted question.

I know my nba chat had me damn near in tears laughing at how wild Sarver is and some of the spin-off convos. And this is a mostly black/Hispanic group with like 2 or 3 white people.
