like, a lot. The bottle of High West Double Rye I grabbed was getting some work. I decided to step up a bit…and picked up a bottle of Wild Turkey Rare Breed Rye. It’s barrel proof and it lets you know it, right away. The nose is strong, but not straight lighter fluid strong. It’s a lot to it. The burn comes on quick, but it doesn’t hang around super long. Still trying to figure out everything going on with the finish.
