There's a HUGE difference. Like it doesn't even taste the same. I guarantee that 12CS will have you singing a different tune
That said, I definitely understand doing too much of a thing. I can't drink cognac for that reason. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much Henny in my 20's. Hard pass for me across the board
