13444543, This time last week I was headed to the hospital.

Nothing life threatening but plenty painful.
I find my capacity seems to ever expand, but only in the oddest ways.
I find myself at this weird place where almost anything is possible, and yet my life choices are RAPIDLY dwindling, like, I may have MANY fewer choices in a year.
Weird.
