service or customers are still going to get irritated. Last week I snapped at someone because he was being dismissive and I apologized profusely but he didn’t have to treat me like tat in the first place. I am sure he was already having a rough day when I entered the situation but he was of no “service” to me until I lost it and he saw I wasn’t going to just accept any answer.
