I'd say one off the top of my head. I know several folks who have had it. So far, none of my close family has had it with complications enough for hospitalization. I was talking to my brother and his daughter may have been exposed at daycare. They shut the daycare down for 2 weeks. All this makes me almost grateful for not having kids at this point.
