Drones can hit you from miles away and you never even know they're in the space.
Something like this could be used as a silent weapon in close proximity.
This thing can be guided to creep in your house and room completely undetectable. That's insane.
I think you underestimate the damage something like this can do in the hands of any police department in the country.
