I remember the Roots were supposed to have a Jam at the House of Blues with Omar
Then I remember an okp hitting me on my 2-way asking me about a plane hitting the tower. I want to say I was online before all the communications went out.
What do you remember?

it made me go to the break room and look at the tv just as the 2nd plane was hitting the WTC

As I passed him in the hallway. I was like, “Gahdamn, that’s the worst fuckin joke you’ve EVER told.” And then when I got to my 2nd period class a few seconds later, I saw the second plane hit. I didn’t really understand what was happening for the rest of the day until I was watching the news with my mom later that night. I didn’t really have any reference for “terrorist attack”.
Hopefully nothing I typed up there flags DHS to check my IP address for the rest of the decade.
