her and my vaccinated pop (her brother) got covid. my pop shrugged it off like a common cold. she was in icu for 2 weeks...the hospital for a few more...serious lasting lung damage...blood thinners for a while to prevent clots...some other shit.

i know its evil to feel like 'i told you so...' but i dont know how else to react to people like this. its hard for me to find compassion and empathy...even for my own family members.
