For over a year I've been able to get her to eat by telling her to eat three or whatever number of bites
She takes a bite, I cough/sneeze/answer the phone whatever ... and tell her I missed it until I feel that she's eaten enough
Works like a charm
Until the other day
I should've suspected something was wrong when I sneezed and she sat there with her mouth wide open.
I said hey, how do I know that wasn't there before.
So I went for the cough
This joker was sitting there with a carrot at her lips, waiting for me to look up, locked eyes with me and put it in her mouth
I had to give it up to her.
