Social Media was a paradigm shift for the hood.
Anyone remember the digital divide? that shit is long gone. Smart Phones leap frogged that whole thang but w/o a roadmap.
We can't act like violence is worse than the 90s. But it is extremely more visible. While reading up on this a cop made a good point.
