Assuming we aren't at 80s levels.
NY had gotten to the point where you really didn't need street smarts at all to move around the city. You could go jogging with headphones at 3AM.
Now it feels like people are learning again not to turn your back to that crazy guy on the subway platform.
I am wondering how bad its going to get.
