china has essentially outlawed democracy and is rounding up democracy advocates in hong kong as we speak and disappearing em. nobody cares
myanmar... massacring their civilians as we speak...nobody cares.

In addition to those you listed there was the military coup in Uganda. The Azerbaijani Armenia conflict is pretty wild as well. Been a while since I'd seen open tank warfare.
The pandemic has turned up the heat in many countries and it will be interesting to see which ones simmer to a boiling point and the level of intervention they all garner.
