I’m in Michigan and there are several - the SE Michigan FB group has a live Google Doc that they update throughout the day listing pop-up vaccination clinics along with current availability through all the pharmacies and mass vaccination sites. Both my wife and I were able to find walk-in availability on separate days this way this week.
