thru the phone if they could. it wasn't one of my clients but i got roped into some bullshit to cover for one of our jr hires. and the email this lady sent me explaining all the issues just went onnnnnnnnnnn and onnnnnnnnnn and onnnnnnnn
so i called her up like
"whats up. lets talk about your problems and how we're going to fix them"
cool. did you read my email?
"nah i opened and started scrolling and it was so long i figured you could just tell me what the problems are quicker than me reading it
60 sec expletive laden rant ensues
