Is what I frequently have to blurt out and just let off steam over the past 10 months...(muting my MS Teams meetings of course, haven't slipped up yet)
Our organization has collectively put on this mask of impenetrability and chosen to maintain the "mission".
It's sickening...tiring...infuriating.
Like...not once has ANYONE simply said.... "How about we just pause...just for a minute."
No processing has happened....
I don't understand it at all....
