2016-2019 i was deep on the news feed trough. I couldnt get enough.

now, I'm withholding optimism while admitting it exists and letting my cynicism hold the wheel with worry and concern riding shotgun.

that said, I've taken that news consumption energy and put into audiobooks and podcasts related to our social-political climate.

If you're the worrying type, then maybe not. My wife got too freaked out and coudlnt finish it. I devoured the whole series and use what was there as a indicator for When It's Time To Actually Worry ☝🏽.
