a handful of house repubs like katko, kizinger, etc have come out in support of impeachment.

repubs arent even whipping up votes in the house against impeachment and liz cheney (no 3 repub in the house) just said members should vote their conscience.

and in the senate...

repub senator pat toomey (up for reelection in pa in 2022) has already come out saying trump committed an impeachable offense. and more 2022 repubs could feel pressured to move in the same direction.

plus mcconnell supposedly told 'associates' that trump committed an impeachable offense and he is cool with dems impeaching him because it makes it easier to purge him from the gop (i think mcconnell might have him and trumps standing in the party reversed tho).
