I have oatmeal for breakfast (never used to eat breakfast)
I have an apple, a carrot, some raw broccoli, a baby belle cheese and maybe a stick of pepperoni for lunch (never really used to eat lunch either)
then whatever I feel like for dinner (used to be my only meal and I used to eat plenty now I'm not so hungry for it and I tend to eat light)
so far it feels like it's doing me favors.. time will tell.
