In fact, informed delivery told me one of the 2 pieces I am waiting one was suppose to arrive last Saturday. The other one just said coming soon. I clicked that little checkbox that says 'I didn't receive this mail piece' and I got an email response that said "informed Delivery provides notifications for mailpieces arriving soon—not necessarily arriving that day. There may be occasions when a mailpiece was scanned by automated equipment, but the mailpiece itself was not relayed to your mail carrier before he or she left for their delivery route that day."

Yet, I have received nothing for 7 days straight.
