Turned 49 a few weeks ago... I’ve been around here since my late 20s. DAYUM!

My babygirl is a senior in college already. One semester to go. I’m getting more anxious and nervous about it than I thought I’d be. Not because she doesn’t handle business but because it’s the next step in her growth and burgeoning independence.

Days used to be much simpler.

I began exercising more which improved my outlook, disposition, and perspective.

Truth be told... I’ve struggled a bit mentally this year. Shit was never perfect but I just wanna go back to the days before Trump and Covid.
