I think Lurk was just saying not to worry about this election being overturned.

But as you pointed out, there's a ton to be worried about in terms of what all of this means going forward. We both rightly point out that repugs learned a ton in 2000 and will learn from this, too, regarding what they are able to get away with.

And sadly but unsurprisingly, it doesn't look like Biden will be interested in holding Trump or any of these treasonous ghouls accountable.
