But:
1)ANY change - even by 1 vote will be used by Trump to claim fraud.
2)I don't trust the Republican secretary of state doing this after being bullied by Trump, the two senators in the state and the republican party.
I think the recount could be cheated, but we'll see.
But recounts shouldn't be done unless the margin is so small as to allow a change in the outcome or if there is evidence of wrong doing.
This seems purely political and in BAD FAITH.
