...but......

If a new system of Gov't is brought in by voting, what is to stop people from voting for another system if things get rocky with your preferred new system? (oh, I guess your new system will have no problems so nobody will vote for another system at some point - are you talking about creating utopia?)

...or you'll outlaw voting in your new system of Gov't so the people have no choice but to accept the flaws, rocky beginnings, etc.?.


So...if it can be assumed that people will have a choice to continue with your new system of Gov't either by voting or just overthrowing the imperfect thing (oh, it'll be perfect and smooth sailing from the start, right?), then it seems that your hope has no more stability then just voting for whoever's will do a good job as Pres here and now.

People always have choices and there is no guarantee they will tolerate any rough beginnings of the inception of a new system.

You are wanting something human nature resists (belief in creating a new system and bearing with its rocky inception)

Therefore...

You are wanting something to keep you from being engaged in what is.
