I'm glad to hear Biden saying he'll immediately re-enter the Paris Climate Accord - he needs to the same with the JCPOA and start to clean up the mess we've made all over the world. But he won't do it without a mandate from the base. We should all be excited because we once again have a President who can be influenced by the people, or so we hope. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt and work to push the needle on a myriad of issues from crim. justice reform, healthcare as a human right, foreign policy, and economic/social/environmental justice.

I'm optimistic right now just for the sake of being optimistic. But we can't be naive and lull back to sleep as if all will be well now. We've stopped the bleeding - now we've got to heal and nurse this country to a state of dynamic health.
