the gop would be talking about running up the score in the senate if the shoe were on the other foot.

dems are prolly gonna be on the defensive tho.

covid is gonna be landmine for biden because the economy is already in a condition to worsen and a lockdown would make it worse in the short term (plus repub judges and the sc will prolly strike down much of any lockdown any way).

hopefully we get a vaccine with a robust roll out program and he gets a lot of political capital off of that (especially if it leads to an improved economy). thats gonna take time tho.
