He should've visited Texas. He should've toured with Julian Castro, Deb Haaland & AOC and made a real pitch instead of walking on stage to Despacito (that shit was funny though).

This was a very predictable (and solvable) problem for Biden heading into the general. He had some weakness with this demo in the primary - but should've really committed to making inroads over the past several months. Didn't do nearly enough.
