Obviously the answer is because she is Oprah, but... I have watched two documentaries where she admitted to just asking for people's number and folks giving it to her. If I am not mistaken, I think she said she called the fire department in the town Toni Morrison lived in and they gave her Toni Morrison's number. WTH!? Then in another doc she spoke about asking everybody for Stacey Abrams phone number...

... on another note, this is an argument for answering numbers you don't know - it might be Oprah!
