The country wouldn't snap back to "normal." It'd be the same shit.
Pence would 100% conduct business like he was Drumf, completely pandering to his base. In fact, it would embolden these shitheads to "honor his memory."
I'd rather he be sick as fuck, survive, take an L, and get prosecuted.
