this entire media run (he was just on rush limbaugh for 2 hours too) is built to convince repub voters that he is perfectly healthy.

in polls that ran over the course of like a week...he was already doing shitty. but there was an even more pronounced gap in the segment of the polling that took place after his covid hospitalization.

so repubs are obviously spooked about the effect that had on some voters they should already have locked up by now.
