media reports leak out about the health of the leader.
the leader does some staged photo op to look healthy and triumphant.
neutral/educated observers will notice how the leader in fact doesnt look healthy.
but none of that matters when you have state media and a spin machine convincing the bulk of the population that the strongman is indeed as strong as he claims.
never thought itd take place in america...and in such a blatant/schlocky and obviously contradictory way. but here we are.
