if any of you are still thinking about sitting out the election.
this is basically what hitler did with the nazi 'peoples court'. install political allies as judges to legislate from the bench and drum up preordained politically beneficial rulings.
it also shows how extreme trump/conservatives are where even the suggestion of this is perfectly fine because they believe that the current slate of right wing activist judges isnt radical enough.
