Exactly. This is a Black woman in the 50's who's bought a 5(?) bedroom home on her own. She's not just up and leaving it.
Plus like I said above, Black people have documented living in haunted in THIS millennium. Most "Black folks wouldn't" and "Black folks don't" stuff is nothing more than jokes at this point. Reality says different.
