I remember liking her first album but thinking all the cussing was taking away from the music a bit. Nobody wanted a Millie Jackson revival. And it takes away from the timelessness of the music.

I also remember her cussin' her ex-hubby out in the liner notes, and here was are almost 20 years later and she's still railing about him. I know people's processes for healing are different, but now I'm starting to wonder if she has a process at all.
