This seems like a normal thing, a business calls the IRS and says "Hey, here are my books - I am going to turn them over to you now. Thank you."

Also, completely legal AND cool. Like when someone in a movie (hero? ) says "I'll kill her, and then everyone one by one until you tell me where the Maxwell circuit is." Then the hero? kills someone and turns to the crying person and says "That was YOUR FAULT!!"

Well I guess she'll be satisfied as long as the IRS has the books turned over to them.

This seems like a simple matter to settle now that there are clear instructions.
