I've had instances where something happened (especially family) and it triggers forgotten memories that have been suppressed in my brain subconsciously because of the pain... it happens..

obviously she had a lot held in... Malik's death, the pain, the memories, the regrets.. And with him gone and how he wasn't part of the group anymore.. she saw all the dumb shit but everybody else is silent..

that's a enough to drive people away....
