said she realized after Coachella she didn't want to work out as hard and diet as obsessively as she had for that. She openly stated that she'd rather let nature take its course, she'll still eat clean (mostly vegan) and train but not be homicidal about it and instead pour that energy into her kids. Fantastic message to put out there for someone as important as she is.
