while we're sweating trying to flip over the sofa to find more money for a downpayment to be competitive there are stories coming from areas like brooklyn where buyers are able to pick up a place at deeeeeep discounts
its so stupid. one of the places we put a bid on straight up told us "if you want this place....you gotta be down with NOT having an environmental inspection. you down with lead or nah?" we noped the fuck out of that.
