owners are dumping their half renovated shit boxes AT market rate knowing someone will bite.
The thing that pinches my sack is looking over 10 year price trends for areas and seeing a rolling hill pattern where some years the prices are decently high and some years are low. I don't want to buy high during a time when literally any thing could bring everything down.
