To this day I’m good but on occasions I’ll see some triggering shit and have to talk myself away from a rabbit hole, not even out of it.
Like my brain will go somewhere and I’ll think “that sounds like some crazy person shit, how much sleep did you get last night”
I can’t imagine how bad things would be if not only had I not put in the work, but that I also demonstrated that I could ride that tiger to attention and wealth.
