I'm sure the will of the people during an unprecedented pandemic is to keep bombing children in Yemen instead of giving 10% of that unneeded military money to social programs, education and health care. Maybe it's a problem that the media won't frame it that way, won't report on it and won't care. Give that issue the full media cycle for one day and I think you might be surprised at the will of the people. Rinse. Repeat.
