She blocked him a long time ago and even that didn't stop him being being a cyber bully.

Even if she had tagged him originally in that tweet he still wouldn't be justified in harassing her for two weeks straight, and the fact that she didn't do that and was still subjected to abuse really shows you how insane Talib is.
