So I busted my ass, lost a bunch of weight and got in probably the best shape of my life. March hit and the gym closed. I did good for the first three months on my own and then fell almost completely off. I gotta get back to doing something as my bp is still a little high. I also take lisinopril, and a beta blocker. When I was killin it at the gym I wasn't taking any of that. I gotta get back to that point. Thankfully I haven't gained any weight. In fact, I've lost some, but that is due to muscle mass loss.
