For example, in the initial statements made public by the aggrieved women, they speak of Okayplayer and Okayafrica, and the corporate response to the allegations cite Okayplayer and Okayafrica. But in the former CEOs statement, he cites Okaymedia and makes no mention of either Okayplayer and Okayafrica. Then in the women's response after that, they cite only Okaymedia. But if you google Okaymedia, a company in the Netherlands comes up as well as an old twitter account owned by what appears to be some teenybopper in Lagos.

Are Okayplayer and Okayafrica even actual companies?? Or is Okaymedia the actual company, and okayplayer and okayafrica are essentially just DBAs or domain names or what have you?? And what about Largeup, Revivalist, etc.. how do they fit in?

It's hilariously strange how opaque the business dealings surroundng this site are. Like are the boards hosted on some server in Djibouti right now lol? Is that why things went offline last summer lol?
